At FOURK Restaurant the concept is simple – serve high quality, locally grown and well-balanced food with a focus on the four main food groups. Take it back to the basics. Create specific aromas. Create specific flavors. Develop a specific atmosphere. Conjure up those feelings of sitting together as a family around the table at your grandma’s house and enjoying an incredible meal together. At FOURK we’re serving the feeling of comfort but we’re doing it with the thoughtful eye of a well-trained chef.
By drawing from the four main food groups we are able to create dishes that not only taste incredible, but dishes that leave you feeling great. As a result, we don’t just want you to eat, we want you to eat FOUR the good of it!
Meet The Chef
Chef Ryan Scanlon was born in Chardon, went to school in South Carolina, worked for Princess Cruise Lines before joining CAPRG (owners of Burntwood Tavern & M Italian) as part of the management team. Using his time there to hone his culinary skills and learn how to run a successful restaurant, Ryan is finally realizing his dream in the opening of FOURK.
